Please read our Return Policy carefully:
 
  • Customers will pay for shipping of returned items.
  • Returned items can be exchanged for another exact item if defective.
  • A 10% restocking fee (10% of purchase price) will be charged on all returned items that are not defective. We have to test all returned items to ensure that they are in sellable condition. It takese time to pick the products and package them, and then test the products and return them to their location in our warehouse, so the 10% restocking fee covers some of these costs.
  • All returns must be approved and have an RMA number on the package so we can clearly identify the return.
  • Please include a copy of your order so that we can easily identify the return and where to apply the refund.
  • Refunds are only given for products that are returned in sellable condition. If products are damaged or parts are missing, including driver CDs, a full refund may not be issued.
  • Customers have 90 days to return products that are not defective.
  • We rarely see a defective cable, but once in awhile it can happen. We will gladly exchange a defective item for a new like item. We stand behind all of our products.
  • Our lifetime warranty is truly a lifetime warranty where if the cable ever fails because of a manufacturer defect, we will replace the cable with a like cable.
  • We strive to ship orders the same day we receive them or the next day. Occassionally, due to manufacturing delays or delays with incoming shipments from overseas, orders may take longer to ship. We will notify you if an order cannot ship the same day or the next day only if you have requested an expedited service (UPS next-day air, UPS 2-day air, or UPS 3-day).
  • Please check with UPS to estimate the lead time for transit to your zip code from zip code 84003 or zip code 91789.
  • WhataCable! stocks products in Utah and California and your order might ship from either location depending on stock availability at each warehouse.
  • Expedited orders are available upon request.
  • WhataCable!'s Standard shipping method is UPS Ground.
  • WhataCable! does not guaranty the transit time since this is out of our hands. Concerns about delays in transit should be directed to UPS. www.ups.com.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been shipped since the product is now in the hands of the freight carrier. The item can only be returned for a refund.
  • Please remember that we do not refund freight charges and all returned merchandise will be shipped at the customer's expense.
